Key officials and employees of the Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries (PCAF) conducts a re-echo of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) training provided by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to guide the agency in the review and enhancement of its Performance Commitment and Review that includes the Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), Division Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR) and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR). They were also re-briefed on the importance of linking individual performance to the agency’s goals and on the crafting of success indicators and rating matrices for better performance and measurement. The workshop is a part of PCAF mid-year performance review and planning workshop held at Apacible B conference room on August 16, 2017.– AJ
