The Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries (PCAF) joined the Department of Agriculture in celebrating the Farmers’ and Fisherfolk’s month through a culminating activity that features signing of partnership agreements with five Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

The five CSOs were:
 
* Aurora Integrated Multipurpose Cooperative (AIMCooP) {Represented by CEO-Emeritus Pacienciano A. Tomarong and CEO Faith T. Masanegra, RN, MBA}
 
* Cruzian Multi-purpose Cooperative {Represented by Maria Ceclia M. Baltazar, OIC Manager}
 
* Philippine Society Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers (PSABE) {Represented by PSABE President Engr. Dennis I. Tactac and Engr. Noemi L. Carpio, Trustee)
 
* Rice Watch Action Network (R1) {Represented by Hazel Tanchuling, Executive Director, MAFC San Francisco Chairperson Reynaldo Garcia and PAFC Quezon Chairperson Flordelliza Malleon}
 
* Nueva Ecija Federation of Dairy Carabao Cooperative (NEFEDCCO) {Represented by NEFEDCCO Chairperson Gerardo delos Santos and MAFC Talavera Chairperson Eduardo Zamora)
