Executive Director Nestor Domenden administered the oath of office to the new set of promoted personnel of the Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries (PCAF) in a ceremony on February 20, 2023, in Quezon City.  The five newly promoted PCAF employees will be assigned to the Planning, Monitoring and Knowledge Management Division (PMKMD). 

Floreliz Avellana was promoted to Planning Officer V and designated as Chief of the PMKMD. Meanwhile, the other promoted employees are designated to the following posts:

• Bernard Masa- Information Officer III Chief, PMKMD-Knowledge Management Section
• Reynaldo Villanueva, Jr.-  Project Evaluation Officer III Chief, PMKMD-Monitoring & Evaluation Section
• Jahensi Supanga- Project Development Officer III Chief, PMKMD-Project Development Section (PDS)
• Sergio Manuel Arguilla- Project Development Officer II Technical Staff- PMKMD-PDS

OIC Deputy Executive Director Julieta Opulencia and Mr. Braulio Castro, Chief of the Human Resource and Development Section, joined Director Domenden in the said ceremony. | JB
