The Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries (PCAF) has added to its roster of much needed manpower for Constructors’ Performance Evaluation System (CPES) implementation with the oath taking of 39 constructors’ performance evaluators (CPEs).

The ceremony was held in PCAF’s Apacible Conference Room A, with four of the newly-accredited evaluators attending online via Zoom.

CPES is a system of grading performance of a constructor for a specific kind of projects using a set criteria, approved by the NEDA Board Committee on Infrastructure. It may be used to determine whether these constructors can secure more government infrastructure projects in the future.

The CPEs are tasked to undertake performance evaluation of a constructor’s project using NEDA-approved CPES guidelines.
