The Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries -Policy Development and Coordination Division (PCAF-PDCD) welcomed two Development Management Officers (DMOs) in its team following the oathtaking ceremony on February 4, 2025, at the Office of the Executive Director in Quezon City.
Mark John Rey Awacay was promoted to DMO II, while Maiane Danisse Radan was sworn in as DMO I. Awacay will report under the Sectoral Policy Development Section (SPDS), while Radan’s appointment is at the Strategic Concerns Section (SCS).

PCAF OIC Executive Director Julieta Opulencia administered the oath. Also present in the ceremony were OIC Deputy Executive Director Cyril Soliaban, OIC PDCD Chief Sarah Bales, SPDS Chief Maria Belen Milanes, SCS Chief Clarence Olimpo, and Human Resource Development Section Braulio Castro, Jr.
