The Philippine Council for Agriculture and Fisheries (PCAF) held an oathtaking ceremony for two newly appointed officials under the Policy Development and Coordination Division (PDCD) on March 10, 2025 at the Office of the Executive Director in Quezon City.

Led by OIC Executive Director Julieta Opulencia, Sarah Bales and Jeean Ebora pledged their commitment to serving the agriculture and fishery industry through providing technical guidance and support to the National Sectoral Committees (NSCs) on policy development and related activities at the national level.

Bales took her oath as Development Management Officer V and will serve as PDCD’s Chief, while Ebora assumed the role of Development Officer II under the PDCD’s Strategic Concerns Section (SCS).

Aside from ED Opulencia, the oathtaking ceremony was attended by OIC Deputy Executive Director Cyril Soliaban, Human Resource Development Section Chief Braulio Castro, and SCS Chief Clarence Olimpo. | Jezebel Campaniel
